Groundnuts also known as Peanuts (Arachis hypogaea) are a legume that originated in South America. They go by a variety of names, such as groundnuts, earthnuts, and goobers.

- Get raw groundnuts with shells
- Rinse it properly
- Sun dry for 2days
- Then you soak it with warm drinkable water overnight
- Remove the groundnut
- Drink the water first thing in the morning for 3days
NB: Do not drink for more than 3 days if you don’t it to be too tight.
