Homemade Yogurt Recipe

 

Easy ways to make your own yogurt at home without spending money on restaurants 

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups of fresh milk (I mixed powdered milk with 2 cups of water)
2 Tablespoons of culture or yogurt.

PREPARATION:

Boil your milk on medium heat until it bubbles (10-15 minutes).
Let it cool not cold (you can conveniently leave your finger in it)
Then mix your yogurt with the milk very well.

Pour in a container with lid or jar (make sure it is sterilised. I just boil my jar).
Make a bed in a bowl with towels, place your container in the bowl and cover very well. Place it in a warm place for 14 hours.

Tada! Your unsweetened yogurt is ready.
