Spinach And Its Side Effect

Spinach a popular green, leafy vegetables in the world as it is a rich source of minerals, vitamins, pigments, and phytonutrients. Its leaves are a common edible vegetable consumed either fresh, or after storage using preservation techniques by canning, freezing, or dehydration .

1.  Kidney Stones

Spinach is high in both calcium and oxalates , so people who are at a high risk of developing kidney stones should limit their intake .

2.  Blood clotting

Spinach is high in vitamin K1 , which serves several functions in your body but is best known for its role in blood clotting so it’s very good for stroke person,
As such, it could interfere with blood-thinning medication. People who are taking blood thinners, such as warfarin, should consult with their healthcare practitioner before eating large amounts of Spinach.
