1. Try honey and apple cider vinegar
The use of honey and ACV is anecdotally popular for improving dizziness. It is supposed to help normalize your blood pressure, thus reducing the dizzy spells.
However, there is no scientific study to support the use, and therefore should be used with caution.
How to use: Mix two teaspoons of honey and apple cider vinegar each in a glass of water and consume.
2. Increase iron intake
At times, dizziness may be a result of iron deficiency anemia, especially when accompanied by symptoms such as headaches, tiredness, and shortness of breath.
In such cases, increasing your iron intake by consuming iron-rich fruits such as pomegranate and banana may help. Alternatively, you can take supplements upon consultation with your doctor.
3. Try Indian gooseberry
Indian gooseberry has a high antioxidant and vitamin content which can help subside inner ear inflammations.
Indian gooseberry is commonly used to treat dizziness. However, its use is not supported by any research.
4. Use lemons
Lemons have been long used anecdotally for improving dizziness. Their high vitamin C content helps boost the immune system. Besides, its nutrient-rich content helps energize the body.
However, due to a lack of evidence in its use for dizziness, it should be employed with caution

Ginger has been used anecdotally for dizziness. However, there is not much scientific evidence to support his claim. Although, ginger can help treat nausea, and this property can help prevent nausea-induced dizziness.
How to use: Chew on thin fresh ginger slices or add them in your tea and drink. Alternatively, consume ginger available in the form of candies or supplements.
6. Try vitamin D supplements
Taking Vitamin D supplements may help reduce the frequency of recurrent benign positional vertigo, which is one of the major causes of dizziness. However, further large-scale studies are needed to validate and conclusively establish its beneficial effects.
