Samsung has released the Samsung Galaxy C5 in China and are even accepting pre-orders for the mid-range device already.
The Samsung Galaxy C5 is a slender metal mid-range device which is just 6.7mm thick. The smartphone comes with a 5.2-inch Super AMOLED screen with a screen resolution of 1080pixel.
The Galaxy C5 runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and comes with a fingerprint reader which is also the Home button below the screen.

The mid-budget Galaxy C5 boasts of a 16MP f/1.9 shooter on the back and an 8MP f/1.9 camera on the front. The device will be powered by a Snapdragon 617 (eight Cortex-A53, Adreno 405) chipset. It also conveys a 2,600mAh battery which is a fair deal.
The Samsung Galaxy C5 is a dual-SIM phone, but one of the SIM slots is actually a hybrid slot so you can fit a microSD instead. Additional connectivity includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2 and NFC (with Samsung Pay support).

Although actual sales are scheduled to start on June 6, pre-order are being accepted in China. The 32GBSamsung Galaxy C5 for CNY 2,200 ($335/€300) and the 64GB one for CNY 2,400 ($370/€330). The device is not yet available outside of China, including Nigeria but when it does pop in Nigeria it will likely sell between N70,000 and N80,000.
