LeEco has gone official with another set of three super smartphones with large screens, great processing power, extreme camera prowess with the regular 3.5mm audio jack completely yanked off, replaced by the USB Type-C port.

The Chinese top phone maker released all three smartphones – the LeEco Le Max 2, LeEco Le 2 Pro and the LeEco Le 2, all at the same time. While the LeEco Le Max 2 comes with a monstrous 5.7-inch screen, the Le 2 Pro and Le 2 both comes with an equally impressive 5.5-inches screen sizes.

The LeEco Le Max 2 is a follow up to the Letv Le Max & Le Max pro and  it is the top gun of the trio with massive 32GB or 64GB internal memory options. The king of the circus, Le Max 2 comes with a 5.7-inch Quad High Definition (1,440 x 2,560px) and is the only one in the pack with a Snapdragon 820 chipset. There’s also the inclusion of a cool 4GB and 6GB RAM, with the 6GB RAM only available in the 64GB model.

The LeEco Le Max 2 also comes with a marvelous 21MP rear-facing camera armed with Sony IMX230 sensor and optical image stabilization, with f/2.0 aperture and phase detection AF. For selfie lovers, the front-facing camera also comes with a not-so-bad 8MP camera.

The dual-SIM enabled LeEco Le Max 2 features the Qualcomm’s ultrasonic fingerprint sensor technology. It also features Bluetooth 4.1, Wifi ac, and a 4G LTE.

The impressive looking phone comes with a 3,100mAh battery which uses Quick Charge 3.0 for faster charging.

The LeEco Le Max 2 is currently available for pre-order at a pricey cost of 2,099 Yuan ($325/€285) for the 3GB/32GB version and 2,499 Yuan ($385/€340) for the 6GB/64GB model.The LeEco Le Max 2 price when available in Nigeria will range from N75,000 – N90,000 depending on where you are buying from.
