Remedies For Foot Fungus And Athlete's Foot

Mycosis foot, foot fungus, athlete’s foot, 3 terms to designate the same dermatologist condition very common but that spoils our lives. How to get rid of these microscopic fungi that develop between the toes causing redness, itching and sometimes discomfort while walking.

Mycosis of the feet appears when:

– The feet macerate and perspire for a long time in too closed shoes and in synthetic leather.
– Walking barefoot around swimming pools, in saunas, public showers, gyms, locker rooms, hotels.
– By sharing towels. Fungus also contracts with bath towels, sheets or clothing contaminated by others.
To prevent foot fungus, you need:
Examine your feet regularly
Carefully dry your feet and the space between toes after showering or bathing
Prefer cotton socks and shoes in fabric or leather and avoid synthetic materials
Avoid putting on the same socks for 2 days in a row. Change socks every day

TREATMENTS

1 – ALOE VERA
Until complete disappearance of the fungus, apply morning and evening of aloe vera gel on the cracks between the toes.

2 – GREEN CLAY IN APPLICATIONS
With a brush, directly apply the clay between the infected toes. As soon as the clay dries, rinse and then dry with the warm air of the hair dryer. Repeat, until the skin is no longer irritated.

3 – BAKING SODA AND COARSE SALT
Prepare a footbath of warm water, 4 tablespoons of baking soda and a spoon of coarse salt. Soak your feet for 15 minutes in this solution. Then carefully dry the spaces between the toes with a disposable towel.

4 – GRAPEFRUIT SEED EXTRACT
Grapefruit seed oil is a very good disinfectant. In a basin of warm water, pour about 40 drops per 1 liter of water grapefruit seed extract. Let your feet soak for about fifteen minutes.

5 – APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
Dip your feet once a day for 15 minutes in a basin filled with hot water and apple cider vinegar, in equal quantities

6- DAMATOL AND ACHES
Mix dramatic and a bit of aches together and apply to the affected part in the morning and at night
