Simply mix 2 teaspoon of Manuka honey with 1 teaspoon of glycerin and make a paste out of these two. It will become slightly runny in consistency. Alternatively, you can mix 1 teaspoon of Manuka honey with 1 teaspoon of extra virgin coconut oil and 2 to 3 drops of the essential lavender oil, mix very well before you apply. Here in this remedy, you have to make a facial mask out of oatmeal and water.
For making the mask, mix one teaspoon of oatmeal with some water. Do not add too much of water. Make a paste of these two and apply on your face. Keep for 20 to 25 minute and then you can remove it with your fingers first and then wash off with clean water.
