To prepare this bracing home remedy, fill your bath tub with warm water and add 2 levels cups of Epsom salts. Allow the Epsom salts to dissolve in the hot water completely. Now, add ten drops of lavender or any other essential oil to the Epsom salt bath. Lie back and enjoy the warmth of the Epsom salt bath for twelve to fifteen minutes.

Warm Garlic Infused Coconut Oil
