How To Make Black Pepper, Turmeric, Cumin Tea For Immunity

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/ 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2-3 cloves

Method:

  1. Bring a glass of water to boil in a vessel. As you start seeing the bubbles appearing, add all the spices one by one. Cover the vessel with a lid.

2. Let it steep for 3-4 minutes, and you are done. Strain the tea in a cup. If you want you can add a dash of honey to taste towards the end.

Make sure you do not cook honey. Honey is also widely regarded as a natural cough suppressant.
