
Alopecia areata also known as spot baldness is a common autoimmune skin disease, causing hair loss on the scalp, face and sometimes on other areas of the body. In fact, it affects as many as 6.8 million people in the Africa with a lifetime risk of 2.1%.
People of all ages, both sexes and all ethnic groups can develop alopecia areata. It often first appears during childhood and can be different for everyone who has it.

There are two ways to stop alopecia
1. Use of curry leaves
Curry leaves contain a balanced set of nutrients that prevent hair fall, stimulate the regrowth of hair follicles, and it helps you avoid premature graying. Consequently, it can be the best natural home treatment for alopecia areata.
How to use:
⦁ Place 5–6 curry leaves in a small pan with coconut oil.
⦁ Place this inside a vessel filled with water and heat the water.
⦁ Once the oil gets heated up, you’ll find a black residue in it.
⦁ Let this cool and store in an air-tight container.
⦁ Apply at least twice a week, leave overnight, and wash it off.
2. Aloe Vera

Method:
⦁ Cut and grind the aloe vera
⦁ Add a little coconut oil
⦁ Mix the two well
⦁ Apply on your hair or affected areas
⦁ Cover with hair cover and leave it over night…
⦁ Then wash with shampoo in the morning repeat it twice and be free.
