Lenovo Phab 2 series  is the upgraded, 2016 versions of the 6.8-inch Lenovo Phab and 6.98-inch Phab Plus which controversially crossed the size boundary that distinguishes phone from tablet. Although still aimed at lovers of huge display,the latest Lenovo Phab 2 series comes in three distinct models -Lenovo Phab 2 plus ,lenovo Phab 2 & Lenovo 2 pro all with a slightly smaller 6.4 inch display.

The basic and the most pocket friendly model is the Lenovo Phab 2 from which Google’s Project Tango technology or the dual rear camera found in the Phab 2 Plus is missing ,yet packs some key specs worthy of a 2016 Phablet.

Design & Display

The Lenovo Phab 2, Phab 2 Plus, and the Tango-enabled Lenovo Phab 2 Plus all share essentially the same design.They are all smartphones which for the most part can be described as a Smartphone and controversially as a tablet and are targets of those with liking for really extra big devices.

Been the least expensive of the Phab 2 lineup ,the Lenovo Phab 2 miss out on the Google’s Project Tango technology of the Phab 2 pro and also on Phab 2 plus  dual rear camera,but instead comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel front camera with  some augmented reality tricks like adding different effects and virtual objects to your photos and videos.The Phab 2 13MP rear camera also include a PDAF Fast-Focus while the front facing camera comes with 85-degree wide-angle lens for better group selfies.
