First unveiled at the 2016 CES,the alcatel Onetouch Fierce XL could be considered the Windows powered version of the Alcatel Onetouch Fierce XL with Android on it.They both got the same Specs and designs ,but with different Software.The Alcatel Onetouch Fierce XL is alcatel’s first Windows-powered device and it is exclusive to T-Mobile in the U.S.
As a budget phone,the alcatel OneTouch Fierce XL isnt a power house , it comes with a phablet size 5.5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display with a 1.1GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor along with 2GB of RAM under the hood. The device is stocked with just 16GB of storage,but that is expandable to 32GB (via microSD card).
The device is prvided with an 8-megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.
The windows 10 powered Alcatel Onetouch Fierce XL is fueled by a 2500mAh battery which Alcatel OneTouch says can deliver up to 14 hours of talk time and up to 820 hours of standby time. The Alcatel OneTouch Fierce XL will come with some of the T-Mobile specific features such as FCC mandated anti-theft protection and Wi-Fi calling compatibility.
The Alcatel OneTouch Fierce XL will hit the Store in the U.S via T-Mobile the coming weeks .Presently ,alcatel didnt provide any pricing information in or outside of U.S.If the current prie of the Alcatel Onetouch Fiere XL Android version is anything to go by,then the windows 10 powered Alcatel OneTouch Fierce XL will likely sell for about $150.No information on the availability of the alcatel OneTouch Fierce XL in the UK,Nigeria,Pakistan ,China ,India and other markets .
