Microsoft has unveiled its next-generation Android phone, the Nokia X2. The Nokia X2, the successor to the popular Nokia X as revealed by Microsoft on its official Conversations blog comes as a dual-SIM and will be available immediately in select countries globally; however it has not listed the markets. The Nokia X2  has a powerful 1.2GHz dual-core Snapdragon 200  processor on-board.

Nokia X2 which is a 4.3-inch android phone comes with 1GB of RAM, 4GB internal storage a ,microSD card slot and an 1800mAh battery and it just as a great upgrade for the Nokia X.

The Nokia X2 which now sports a translucent outer layer, reminiscent to the ones seen on Nokia’s Asha range of handsets will be made available in Glossy Black, Green, Orange, Dark Grey, White and Yellow.

The latest member of the Nokia X series features a 5MP rear camera with LED flash and a VGA front facing camera,has supports for 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS.

Nokia X2 runs Nokia X software version 2.0, a customized version of Android based on AOSP Android 4.3 Jelly Bean.

Exclusively Microsoft apps such as Skype, HERE Maps, MixRadio, and OneDrive apps complete with 15GB cloud storage space comes preloaded with the phone.Other aps like Bing Search app, Yammer and Xbox games, including SnapAttack, Wordament and Kinectimals are available from the Nokia Store. For the social freaks,LINE, WeChat, Path, Facebook and Facebook Messenger are all available right away.
The nokia X2 just like the other Nokia android x series can run Android apps which can be downloaded through the Nokia Store and other third party app stores.

The Nokia X2 will be selling for 100 euro,approximately #22,000
Currently, Nokia offers three Android -based smartphones – Nokia X, X+ and XL.
