Sitemap as the name implies works like a map on your blog site. It contains the link to every single blogpost on your blog. Sitemaps also plays a big role in search engine optimization (seo) since it links to all your blog post.


Adding sitemaps to a WordPress blog can be easily done by using a plugin called clean archives. But if you are on the blogger platform, you can add a sitemap to your blog by following this easy steps.

Log in to your blogger dashboard > Go to your blog pages section > Click on add new page > Click on blank page > When the text input box appears, select HTML. Copy the code below and paste it into the text input area
