How to Add Author Box to End of Posts In Genesis WordPress Theme

An author box is a small text/image containing box which displays crucial information about the blog.It contains descriptive information such as the author name,small image of the author,short,descriptive bio,social media profiles etc.It usually located at the end of every post created by the author.

Creating a descriptive author box which add a professional touch to your weblog with multiple author  is as simple  as activating the ADMIN author box preloaded with  the genesis theme .This piece of code presented here adds the author box/bio to every blog post  for a multi author blog running on genesis  wordpress theme

Simply add the above code to your function.php file,update the file and reload your page  to see the effected changes.For a blog with just a single author,you can add the author box to your blog witout touching any line of code.

Navigate to your WordPress Dashboard -> Users -> Your Profile -> Genesis User Settings. Check on the box “Enable Author Box on this User’s Posts”,enter your detail and then save.
